Its a brand new year and we have a new series of classes to get it started on the right foot. Each class will feature 6 cheeses, paired with wine (or beer). All classes are $20 per person.

Jan 26/27 - The Cheeses of Ryals Rockin' R Dairy in Miss.
Feb 02/03 - France: The Auvergne
Classes start at 7:00 and last till 8:30ish

We usually have a waiting list for our classes, so no-shows make us cranky. Please call if you are not going to make it so that a lucky person on the wait list can have your spot.
